FOUR SEASONS HOTEL AND RESIDENCES
BACKGROUND
In partnership with Four Seasons, Forge Media + Design pushed the boundaries of signage design for a subtle and contemporary wayfinding solution that creates an unmatched hospitality experience.
OBJECTIVES
Our design takes cues from the forms and finishes present in the space, employing a sophisticated palette of materials to convey refined luxury. Sign messages were applied directly to the wall, for a seamless look that allows the messaging to grow naturally out of the environment. The signage is a subtle yet visible extension of the guest experience, creating a network of visual landmarks and reference points to effectively orient visitors to the hotel without overpowering the space. Sign locations where carefully planned to prevent visual clutter, provide only the information necessary for the relationships between key destinations to be understood.
RESULTS
The result is an award-winning wayfinding solution that communicates with visitors in an understated manner, fully supporting the unparalleled hospitality that the Four Seasons brand promises.
